You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched, usually within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has not been dispatched, it will be canceled within 2 days of receiving your cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled.

For online payments, the refund will be processed within 10–15 working days after cancellation.
