- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

- Karachi: Express delivery within 24–36 hours (working days).
- Major Cities & Other Provinces: 2–4 working days.
- Remote Areas: 3–6 working days.

Shipping Charges

- Free Nationwide Shipping on orders of Rs. 3,000 or above.
- For orders below Rs. 3,000, delivery charges apply and may vary depending on fuel prices, destination, weight, and other operational factors.

We deliver across Pakistan through *TCS*. As our logistics network continues to grow, additional courier partners may be introduced to further enhance our delivery services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a *tracking number* via *SMS* or *WhatsApp* (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, a TABBANI'S SMART LIFESTYLE representative will contact you to confirm whether you still wish to receive the order before it is returned.

Parcel Acceptance Policy

For the security of our customers and to protect product integrity, *parcels cannot be opened before payment*. This policy helps prevent product tampering and fraudulent replacement during transit. If you notice that your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately before accepting the shipment.
