We offer free delivery on orders worth Rs. 3,000 or more.

All orders placed on www.tabbani.com will be delivered to the single address provided at the time of checkout. If you want products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

We use trusted courier partners for deliveries and may change our delivery partners when required.

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at the moment.

There are no hidden delivery charges on eligible orders. Please do not pay any extra amount to the rider other than the total amount mentioned on your order.

Our standard delivery timeline is:

• 5–6 working days for major cities
• 7–8 working days for other areas

Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, or due to unexpected circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We usually ship all available items together. However, if any product is temporarily unavailable, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Tabbani.com. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking ID via email. If you do not receive your order confirmation or tracking details, please contact us at 0327 2722264.

Our online payment system is secure. You can pay through your bank credit/debit card or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

If your payment is deducted but you do not receive order details, it may mean that the transaction was not captured by our system. In this case, the amount will be refunded by your bank within 3–5 business days. For further assistance, please contact your bank’s customer support.
