Please read the warranty instructions carefully before submitting a claim.

Warranty Instructions
- Model Number, Batch Number, Start Date, and End Date must be valid and match the product.
- Warranty claim processing may take up to 14 working days.
- Original warranty card, purchase invoice, and product packaging are required.
- Warranty can only be claimed once during the warranty period.
- Warranty applies only to the neckband. Cables and accessories are excluded unless stated otherwise.
- The company may repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- For approved claims, the company will decide whether to repair or replace the product.
- If repair is not possible, a replacement unit may be provided.
- Battery-related issues may be resolved through battery replacement.
- If one or both earpieces are not functioning, the product may be repaired using new or refurbished parts.
- Warranty becomes void if the product is opened, modified, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized persons.
- Warranty is invalid if the batch number on the warranty card does not match the product or packaging.

Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage, scratches, breakage, water, or liquid damage.
- Damage to the charging jack or burnt internal components.
- Battery swelling, battery burning, or damage caused by overcharging.
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, negligence, or human error.
- Damage resulting from high voltage, power surges, or electrical faults.
- Damaged or torn earpieces/speakers.
- Broken, burnt, wet, scratched, corroded, or tampered components.
- Sound quality variations or battery backup/timing complaints.
- Cables and other accessories included with the product.
- Products repaired or damaged by customers or unauthorized technicians.

Valid Warranty Claims
- The neckband does not turn ON.
- The neckband does not charge properly.
- The neckband does not provide proper backup time.
- One or both earpieces are not working.
